SYFGaming Brings in New Players

The ANZ team replaces the departed players Kngz and Nazgul creating a new lineup of Vast, JoeyG, Legion, Redolent and Shabz.

SYFGaming achieved modest success last season after finishing joint 3rd place in the 2018 ANZ Cup in which they became the only APAC team to beat Fnatic (then known as Mindfreak) in 2018 so far. The team also competed in Season 7 of Pro League in which they finished joint 7th in the ANZ sub-region.

This roster change sees JoeyG enter the team as a full member, Shabz be promoted from substitute to the main lineup and Vinnie be brought in as their new sub. This means their new lineup is Vast, JoeyG, Legion, Redolent and Shabz.

JoeyG previously played with another ANZ team, Taboo. Here he played the Six Invitational Qualifiers, the ANZ Cup and Season 7 of Pro League achieving the most success drawing 3rd in the ANZ Cup. Shabz however has been on the team since January but this will be his first time on the team's main roster. His replacement on the bench, Vinnie, is a relative newbie with no high level experience of yet.

SYFGaming’s next game will be on June 13th when ANZ Pro League Season 8 begins, their opponents are to be announced.
